We work with you to develop your wellbeing, self compassion and commitment to joy and hope.
We do this through 1:1 support, coaching and programme development. We have worked with survivors of domestic abuse, peace builders, women leaders, mothers and support workers. We know that without kindness and compassion we cannot build futures of hope. We know that different groups are told different things about how to care for ourselves; that for women, and particularly women of colour and care givers; we are told to put ourselves last. Our work cultures may tell us to sacrifice ourselves for the greater good, and our financial circumstances may prevent us from meeting our basic needs. We go to where you really are right now and support you to navigate cultures and systems that impact on our wellbeing.
We draw on different tools to help support your wellbeing; we go outside to beaches and forests and hills, we collage, we stretch and we connect online.
What’s new?
We’ve teamed up with the Peace Collective to launch a wellbeing for women leaders programme, and the taster session is on the 4th February, 1-2 GMT.
This taster is for: Women leaders juggling multiple roles such as working professionals, parents, daughters, sisters, friends, partners, caregivers and are committed to doing their best. In the taster session, you’ll get a sense of the types of activities we do, our style of facilitation and who else will be joining you. We plan to support women who are juggling lots of different roles and help folk to prioritise their own wellbeing through lots of creative activities.
Even if you don't have time to commit to a longer programme later, don't worry. Join us for this anyway. :)
