We support organisations to develop their knowledge base.
We do this through monitoring and evaluation, facilitation, research and strategic support. We’ve worked to understand how children are impacted by programmes, supported organisations to develop theories of change and run facilitated sessions on online misogyny, trauma-informed practice, participation, and feminist approaches to facilitation.
We use different tools to explore different issues; walking groups to think about misogyny online, tikTok video creation for young people evaluating service provision, WhatsApp groups to think about monitoring and evaluation frameworks. We also draw on traditional modes of knowing providing deep-dive literature reviews on girls’ rights, perpetrator programmes and participation.
We’ve just been commissioned by Scottish Women’s Aid to deliver our Feminist Leadership programme. This is a three part online programme focusing on power, communication and care.
We’re also working with Engender to explore how EDI requirements within Creative Scotland’s funding has impacted on women creatives, and what difference that has made to access and engagement.
