We deeply believe in the power of creating new stories for change.
Imagination is key to having hope. But we can’t imagine new spaces and places without having the space to think, reflect, learn and come together in community.
We engage with practices such as movement, massage, poetry, fiction, film making and photography for joy, for compassion and for hope. We use poetry in our wellbeing spaces, photography and film making for research, and collage for our training. We write. We see the hills, seas, lochs and skies as part of the work to make change. They give us space and grace to figure it out, to get it wrong, to learn and to rest- together.
Creative practices help us to see the world differently, to offer ourselves calm and to bring joy and pleasure.
How we imagine the world, and how we engage with the natural environment are all part of how we join the dots for change.
